Hi people,
How would I explain the 3-digit "V" code that is on the back of a credit card in the signature panel to a German, in an email? It would just be easier to whip out my wallet and show my credit card's V code. But since this is through email, it isn't as easy, and I'm not going to make a video
I need my customer to realize that I need their card's "V" code so that I can charge their credit card and dispatch their merchandise. They realize that I need their card info to ship their merchandise, but they don't seem to understand that I need this "V" code and not just their card number.
Suggestions please!
x
Mike
