Is it just my imagination or do some types of Black Nylon Hossiery appear to have a reddish tint in a certain light on
certain parts of the leg like the knee when the wearer is sitting down.Is this a certain type of Black ? Is it possible
to get Two Tone nylons I guess that's what I am trying to find out.

Good point with the red knees!
But aside from that, yes, I've noticed shades of brown/almost red in some black stockings.

I think it's probably to do with the dye used. Some black printing ink has a reddish tone too.

I think tan/nude/coffe/beige colored stockings/hose are by far the best. Wife 99% of time wears b/c goes with every outfit. Skirts, dresses, jeans, even under workout pants. Any occasion as well. Like the variety of tan styles with denier. Gloss, sheer look, etc.
