I'm actually a man but at the moment am having to wear prescribed Class 2 support stockings to combat post-op edema in my legs. It's bad enough having to wear the stockings but the NHS suspender belt was a killer - digging in and painful to keep wearing after an hour or two so I looked for an alternative. After discussing this with Customer Service I took the plunge. It's plain enough for a man and is shear bliss to wear holding my supports up properly. Brilliant, really comfortable.
Easy on and off, stays put, comfortable and lives up to its shapewear tag. The ‘rear’ straps are properly to the rear which makes for good support of hosiery. The straps are quite long so, even when worn at waist level, I find it better suited to shorter stockings (based on size 34L, height six feet and inside leg of 33”).
